[Resolved] Mother Dairy — Safal booth no. 81741 | |||
The billing machine of this booth has been faulty for more than three months. It is quite sad that despite several complaints the mother diary/safal has not been addressed this issue. The booth vendor is taking advantage of this faulty machine and he got caught red handed couple of weeks back for manipulating the weighing machine. I immediately lodged a complaint and a person called ajay came to the booth and verified the complaint and got a written apology signed by the booth agent. However, even after so many days, the billing machine is still lying idle and the agent has started showing rude behavior towards me because of my complaint about the machine. It is quite surprising that even after so many mails sent to consumer. [protected]@motherdairy.com, no response has been received so far prompting me to using this platform as a next step. Hope you will address the issue highlighted here so that any inconvenience that may cause to customers can be avoided. Was this information helpful? | |||
