[Resolved] Mother Dairy — Short supply of milk

On 20/04/17 i have paid for two ltrs of milk to salesman of booth no 057 near bhagat singh park, Malviya Nagar new delhi. But the salesman deliverd me only one ltr of milk and when he has been asked for short delivery he got anger on me. By observing his attitude when i told him to comlain for this he used slang languages and shows dam care for any complain. in this regard when i enquired from other consumers they told me that it is regular habbit and he is never punished for his wrong doings i.e why he is so dam care.
Therefore my humble submission is that a proper enquiry be conducted in this matter and punish the guilty so that he will not repeat the practice in future.

Updated by Dr Jindal It is regretful to inform that system of resolving the complain by Mother Dairy could not be understood by me. After my complain one person from Mother Dairy ( Designation not told) rang me up that we have recieved your complain and will sort out. After lapse of about 9 days self recieved a SMS for feedback wheather i am satisfied or not. It is utmost surprise to me that when the complainer neither involved in investigation nor has been given Action Taken Report by the concerned Investigating official how can a complainer be satisfied.
I am very much doubtful on the integrity of investigating official as yet i have to get my money back or compensation of short supply of one ltr milk by the vendor of milk booth no 057 malviya nagar. Therefore an appropriate action is expected to get justice to consumer.
