This is to inform you that i am using mother dairy products from last 10 years and recently i have procured 5 packets of spiced chach from mother dairy booth in daulatabad village, sector16A Faridabad which were sour in taste - (use by 4 may). Also to inform you that earlier also 10 packets which i purchased from other mother dairy store in sector-16 A huda market, Faridabad near Postoffice were sour in taste and not drinkable I have been trying to call at customer care but no-one is picking up the phone inspite of repeated calls. Kindly arrange to refund my money of all 15 packs and please maintain your quality to retain customer. Looking for a prompt reply and healthy relationship.
