Mother Dairy — Spoiled milk packets | |||
On 25/03/2021 I have purchased 10 packets of milk(500ml each, batch no MD 9, Rs.23.00 each) out of which 8 packets had been found soiled. I made a complaint over phone and the complaint number is 24 on the very day. After a lapse of 2 months one gentleman asked me to make a complaint on the register available with the booth number 111 at salt Lake, Kolkata which I did on 07/06/2021. No movement since then. It's almost 4 months lapsed and I don't know whether the cost of the milk will be refunded or replaced. If the mother dairy authority don't want to take action then they should discontinue the complaint department and declare that customers should accept the milk packets good or bad.
