In light of this unfortunate incident, I urgently request the following actions:

Conduct a thorough investigation into the behavior of the staff at Mother Dairy Booth No. 70, Saket, on July 26, 2023.
Provide a formal apology for the distress, harassment, and humiliation I experienced during my visit to the booth.
Replace both expired packets of milk with fresh ones or arrange for a full refund of the purchase amount.
Implement measures to ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future, including comprehensive customer service training for your staff.
Reassure me that as a customer, I can expect a safe and respectful environment when dealing with any Mother Dairy outlet.
