Mothers Pride Play School — not teaching proper by ms monalisa class teacher

My daughter namely dhanya is studying in play in mothers pride school malviya nagar. Since april 2018.in 2017 my baby was study in mothers pride shivalik. She was well known every rhymes and also known english speaking.
But after admission this school my ward has forgotten rhymes and also speaking english. Her class teacher is monalisa. I have asked to send photograph each and every activity like food time dance drawing etc. But she has not respondant.
So i want to change the class of my ward as ms monlisa is not teaching properly.
