Motilal Oswal — Broker cheat

Dear sir/mam,
my broker Nikesh bhatiya trades without my acceptance or direction and there is a loss of Rs 20400 approx should I file suit against my broker and MOTILAL OSWAL
I AM GOING TO FILE SUIT PLEASE ADVISE
without permission he trades, now i have Rs 25000 approx. please guide me for the same.
And please refund my amount .
Nikesh bhatiya given worng information to me me about a brokerage plan and cheated me.
So I requested you please take action against your broker and refund my amount within 15 minits . Other wise I am complaint to SEBI regarding this froud against Motilal Oswal company and broker also .
