Worst brokerage company

For the past weeks, I have been trying to withdraw my money but it kept writing errors, I advise everyone not to put their money on this site and if you have your money stalked with you can as well reach out. I tried to start an sip using motilal oswal app and while making the payment some error occured and i contacted the customer care team.they said as the payment was not debited transaction was unsuccessful I can start another one like they said.I tried again and same error occured.so i waited few days and tried again.this time it was successful.but from next month i came to know the hidden charges.everymonth they will charges for each sip payments even for the non successful transactions. I tried to explain the same to the customer care team they are not even ready to hear my words .I have made the transaction for one month 1000 inr and they have charged me for july and august 3 sips even cancellation charges as well.please look in to it

I'm getting too many annoying calls from Motilaloswal after creating the account. Daily I'm getting more than 10 + Calls which is very irritating I requested several times to stop calling me but they are not listening and keep calling me again and again.
It's very annoying and frustrating.

I have tried to open demate account on M.Oswal trading app and then after that i changed my thought and deleted the apk . Now they are calling 7-8 times in a day and i have already been told them all that plz stop this calling and now its too harassing.

I am Sagarnil Roy from Burdwan, WB. I have lodged a complaint against your sub broker named Gaurav Punglia hailing from Chittorgarh, Rajasthan for frauding me of around Rs.150000 in lieu of LIC and Ethos IPO. Neither the amount nor the shares have bern credited in my account.

I had joined through a MO broker and he let me into huge losses and left, even after that my two accounts were getting annual charges for recommendations from broker who had already left. After complaning to MO team multiple times no action is taken and whenever I do followup the account manager gets changed. Now they are just adding interest daily to my account.

I got losses through this company their adviser take a call many times without my confirmation and gave me big losses in trade. Their adviser are totally fraud and gave losses in every Trade. Many times I told them that please maintain stoploss but they can't maintain so I got big losses in trade. They never responded any my call. Total fraud company.

This is with regard to motilal oswal securities account.
This is the 3rd time I have been maliciously deceived by motilal oswal services.
I have faced issues like good stock have been sold from my account without my knowledge.
Neither I have an order nor any intimation via phone calls still the stocks are getting sold from my account.
"Shame on the services, Immediately I am transferring my account from here" and will encourage others to not open any account hereafter in Motilal Oswal.
There were instances where I saw I have a buy order but still this ### motilal oswal portal does not execute my order even the price is hit below my target price.
Fake promises are done by the stock brokers of motilal oswal and usually recommends hilarious calls which will make you go in more loss.

MO is very unprofessional team, their grievances doesn't have senses to address the concern of customer they only revert with one directional comments as per escalated manager/advisor instead of admitting the mistakes blame customer for losses unnecessary, no response to share higher authority email/contact on their incomplete answers, answers are totally generic and not to specific asks. Couple of days a go I started getting calls from MO advisers to trade into Currency and derivatives and provide with finance to trade. When I Declined they insisted on pledging the D'mat holding. They took keen interest in teaching me and got pledged my D'mat holding.

They told that USDINR was a good bet and asked me to buy 1000 lot which I Declined. However they took approval of 500 lot to buy and placed the order. This soon met with the stop loss and stripped me off about INR 50000/- I was shocked on their irresponsibleness. try to call them but no response I was again shocked what kind of scam is this?

Then another day again I was lured. This time although the permission was given but they did not follow the instructions and again led to losses to almost the same amount. This time they were slightly sympathetic and advised of changing portfolio from USDINR to other portfolios, Which I declined.
These people are inexperienced, having not much knowledge, lure individuals into financial trap.
This is a scam going on and looting innocent individuals and tripping off their hard earned money.
Action must be taken by the competent authority to stop such scams.

I registered with Motilal Oswal and after that i started reciving many called a day selling there servises at least 5 to 10 calls a day., The sales girl form Mumbai had called an i have told them to take my number off there list many times but not done yet, it been a couple months that i am getting Many calls a day, which i disturbing my regular work schedule and interruption my work calls, really a harrasment. I initiated a withdrawal after selling my securities on Monday, 7 Feb, however, I haven’t been able to withdraw my amount of Rs 1.8L. I have a very urgent payment to make but my withdrawal is getting stuck again and again.
