Hi all,
On 10, 01, i have received the below message regarding the redemption
"dear investor, your redemption transaction submitted in motilal oswal multicap 35 fund - direct growth under folio no [protected] has been successfully processed. Motilal oswal mf"
As i haven't instructed any redemption so i immediately call to the customer care center where he guided my to drop the mail to [protected]@motilaloswal.com, which i did and received the mail that the issue will be taken care in next 6 hours, while i haven't heard back again, i dropped one more mail.
But on 10.02.2018 i am receiving the mail from karvy that my folio is now redeemed. Seriously even after writing a mail and talk to the executive what is this happening to my account.
Is this the way to treat to the investor, because of that fake redemption i suffered a loss, and who gave you right to transact in my account?
If i will not get resolution in this week i am going to file this under sebi/amfi/scores.gov.in, i have checked the sebi circulars also regarding that.
It will be better that i will get my previous position back which was 325.280 units which value to 9, 000 inr amount invested or my full money back. I will not be asking anything extra just my amount invested as the loss that i have suffered is due to your lack of back office management, but that result the team and work management of motilal oswal
That proves i am not going to invest in motilal oswal fund in future or even not going to suggest to any of my friend, family or colleague because i don’t want what i suffered my people also going to suffered.
