It is regarding Interaction Id: 7128805.
There is issue with ledger amount.
I had tried to purchase ME gold on 12-jan-2021 and in process 2 times INR 5256 was deducted from my ledger. However, it seems transaction was failed to buy ME gold. So neither deducted amount returned to my ledger account nor any gold unit added to my ME gold account.
I had reported this issue to Motilal Oswal multiple times but they are not resolving this issue for a long time. Was this information helpful? |
