My name is Prasanth Kannan and my client code is (KP2627) in motilal oswal. I have joined the motilal oswal 1 year back(Dec 2019) and till now i am happy with motilal service. Iam totally new to trading and stock market and i have zero knowledge on stock market. So i willing to take some course in Motilal. Last week (jan 30 2021) i got a call from MO sales team regarding some MO product. I Cleary insist i have interested only learning course and but they convinced me to purchase the EDUMO Pro and TGS. They said TGS will help for beginner and fresh people. After I came to know that this TGS meant for only suitable whomsoever have good knlowdge on stock and trading. I was totally misguided and fooled by MO sales team. They used my innocent to convert to sales. I want only MO edumo pro course which i really needed. So I cant bear this loss and please cancel my TGS activation credit emi. i am ok to continue the MO edumo pro for that course alone i ready to pay.
29000/- is a big money for me and my salary is 30000 only. Please consider my position and revert the TGS activation. Was this information helpful? |
