I got a call from a mo agent the very next day i opened a mo demat account and he told me that they have a software which is over 80% sure to get good returns else i could give him a call over his personal number. I listened to him patiently and suddenly he told me that i would have received a otp and i need to share it with him to attend a training about that software. He also told me that money @ of 7 k would be debited from my account after i attend the first class which will be of my convenient time and day. And he told me that the 7k will be recovered within the month and he would assure me of that as a guarantee.
I told him that i will go for this after a week as i need time to think if i really wanted it. He hung up after thought the very next day i wrote to them over their official email that i will not go for the training for personal reasons. I got no response for a week when suddenly one day 7k was deducted from my mo deposit. Mo is very poor with customer support. Then one day a guy named dinesh calls me and threatens me that they have a good panel of advocates and i can do whatever i want and they won’t refund the money. I have been writing to the official i’d adding my advisor in loop for a couple of days alternatively and i get no response or a refund of the swindled money. They do not answer as why the money was deducted even after a email communication and also telephonic communication that i do not want their services on tgs software. And they have deducted the money even after i ask them not to and over that i have availed no services for the grabbed money and over that their person by name dinesh threatens me. I need assistance here.
