I opened account with MOSL 13th, Mar 2017.My Client id is PZ1697. At the time of account they informed me that no money will be kept locked total amount I can withdraw at any time so I added 1 lac rupees from my loan account and on 13th, Mar 2017 I want to withdraw money for my personal requirement but they locked 50k as margin amount and remaining 50 thousand not transferred to my account till today . When I contact customer care and representative of MOSL they informed me that management has decided new policy regarding this that remaining amount will be refunded after ONE MONTH...!!!
Plz do needful in this matter . otherwise i will go to Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum.
