Motilal Oswal — rms selling message

My client code is eaope2747. I had purchased share for around rs.33, 000/- in intraday. But held the share for some months. After selling the share at a loss, i am still getting the rms selling. My account is showing negative, though the margin amount shown is positive. I have been trying to call the advisor but after long hours of trying, when i get through, the person who picks up the call will say "i will tell your advisor to call back." but no one calls back. The customer service at mosl is just horrible. Advisor will call only if they have some work with you. Sebi should take note of such trading firms and impose some sort of penalty on them. Is there any way of filing a complaint with sebi. Please advice.
