Motilal Oswal Securities Limited — Dispute of brokerage between business associate and motilal oswal

I am an business associate at motilal oswal securities ltd. last month i decided to close my business association with motilal oswal. when contacted they told us first i need to transfer clients and then we can proceed with closing formalities. As per their suggestion i transferred my clients to another franchise. But they transferred brokerage sharing also with clients to other franchise which was supposed to be given to us as we have provided service for almost 28 days of that month. now when i raised a query with the help desk of motilal oswal, they say as per their rule brokerage gets transferred along with client accounts to another franchise even it was transferred in middle of the month.Please let me know is this rule is in compliance with sebi or any other governing body with respect to this case. can i raise a complaint against motilal oswal against this issue and whom i should give complaints ?
