Motilal Oswal — Shares not showing

My mom client id is BLSB40, since today close to 81 Lakhs worth shares are not showing in her account which were available yesterday... Please check in this urgently and resolve the issue asap.. I have checked and no transactions were made so not sure where are these shares now

I have been contacted but only half of the issue is resolved. If Motilal team this much of time what's the point i will have account with you guys
