I have a motillal account with client code eaope13453.
I am purely into investment. I got a call from the motilal customer care during aug-sep 2019 for the trading and they introduced me the cheat software trade guide signal (Tgs). They made me to purchase the software with the sugar coated words, after subscription i found the software is not useful for me also i made some loss due to the software. Later i asked them to stop the software and return the subscription money, they are not agreeing to return the subscription.
I have been keep on telling them that i am not a trader, but they are telling that it will give good signal. When its not my requirement. They are not returning the subscription fees.
And nobody from the customer service taking proper action.
