Moto TPSL — Deducted amount not credited in my amount

It was a bad experience doing payment by TPSL in my jee mains application form.On 23rd of January i hv done the payment by icici bank but that time amount was deducted and in my application form it was showing tht amount hi not credited so do payment again...
