Motorola Phones — Complaint For Motorola Phone

Dear Motorola Team,

I purchased a Motorola Mobile phone, Model no :-(Moto G 3rd Generation, , Black-16GB) on dated 13May 2016
From authorized store AMAZON Online
I am facing issue of (Speaker Phone Issue & only Showing one Sim In Phone ) The handset for which I approached the service centre at Janak Puri(Delhi) and receive my phone after 18 days.
But I facing the same issue and phone is not working properly and this not the first time, due to such issues earlier also I visited service centre for repair of phone.

Being a renown brand I expect to have a satisfactory reply to my mail.

I am going to wait for a satisfactory resolution by Monday otherwise I am bound to knock consumers court.

Awaiting your quick response.

Attached is the copy of purchase & service bill for reference.

I am already many times complaint logged on your support forums but no body reply on my complaint .

just look at the arrogance ..

They are just pasting the same message on all complaints.. trying to show that the consumers have not done enough.. and now that they have walked in like a messiah.. one mail from you will get them to resolve the whole issues around the globe...

I called into their customer service after reading some of these issues... I explained to the lady, I am interested in buying the Moto X4, but a couple of friends who work in the motorola service center asked me not to go for Motorola products as their service is a mess and the parts are never available. I also told the lady that I read so many complaints about motorola keeping the customer hanging for for months in one case almost for 4 months...

The ever so helpful lady replied "YOUR WISH"... no apologies, no clarification.. she just goes "YOUR WISH"

In 2017, you dare provide services like this Motorola... get your act together Motorola or else get ready to say "BYE BYE MOTO"
