Dear sir,
I'm sajeev december 2017 i purchased moto x4 from flip card. On 06.03.2018 while charging time some smell came i suddenly off the switch and check my mobile then found that mobile highly heated and melt charging cable inside pin mobile side got melted and also mobile side mobile charging pin also melted.
Because of smell only i saved my life.
So i visited authorised service center in coimbatore, tamil nadu name and address is multiple mobile care, sree gokulam towers, no 306, 2nd floor, 100 feet road, gandhipuram, coimbatore, tamilnadu, india. They told me that this will not get any guarantee for replacement of damaged item then i ask how much for that. Then they told like they want to check mother board also and also said that i put my phone in water then charge.
This is the way to treat a customer, i saved my life do to lick only. Why i treat like this my phone is guarantee period. If didn't get justice i will complaint it in customer court. By luck only i save my life do to using your waist product.
I need a justice and replace the damaged item without single money.
