Motorola g45 5g's screen broken

Yesterday my smartphone (motorola g45 5g) fall off from my hand and the display got broken in scratches like pattern but nothing happened with tempered glass, the lower right side got damaged. This Smartphone has Corning Gorilla glass 3, but what if it can't handle a small falling from hand?
And my phone is in warranty, i got to know it from device help. But also i have searched for service centre, it shows there is no nearby...

Motorola washing machine door closing issue

While closing the Motorola washing machine, the door making noise and machine was not starting, there is a issue with door closing mechanism.

Motorola 65 inch tv is not proper working

Address: 504/A WEST PART, VIDUR NAGAR NEAR CHAUDHARI MARKET, HAWA BANGLA INDORE M.P. 452009

I made the first complaint on 16th April and the second complaint on 26th April, but there has been no solution within 12 days.

I get a WhatsApp message from your site that the visit has been done but no technician has come to our house in the last 2-3 days....

Display issue in Motorola edge 30

Hello,
I have been using Motorola Edge 30 for a year. I purchased this phone to use it for a long duration but the performance of this phone is too poor.
Suddenly, 3-4 green lines have started to appear. The phone has never fallen and there is no physical damage to the phone.

Please find beneath the entire mail trail with multiple persons within Motorola support and Jeeves.

TO SUMMARIZE - Purchased a Motorola television from Flipkart, which was installed on 20th July 2023 and stopped working on 12th Sep 2023 - not even two months since purchase. Been running around complaining to Flipkart, Motorola (also flipkart), Jeeves. Keep getting responses that case is escalated and case keeps getting resolved with no resolution. I have a brand new non-working junk television set with me now.

Given the repairs being recommended by a brand new television, well within warranty, I seek a replacement television, instead of sticking to a repaired television - repair also which is not happening.

Also seek fair compensation for all the time and efforts I have had to put in for all the co-ordination, followups and other time-consuming activities.

Also seek fair compensation on account of my mother who is mentally irritated and disturbed due to there not being a working television for her.

Since every time, the old case is resolved and a new case is opened, I am now responding with complete details on all the cases.

I have given you'll enough time and sufficient warning and all these emails are the evidences I am going to be using in customer court for my case against Motorola and Jeeves. It is now almost a month that the television is not working and no one is bothered.

People just keep resolving the issues and raising new issues when I write in. Following are all the ticket numbers generated so far, with absolutely no solution. While taking up with consumer court, am also planning to throw out this non-working tv and having it televised and published it in the media

Jeeves says they can only replace the panel, and I have to contact Motorola for replacement. No way to contact Motorola directly. All helplines of Motorola ask to contact Jeeves. Even the TV booklet received is with a Flipkart email address.

So basically Jeeves / flipkart says Motorola and Motorola says Flipkart and I am stuck with a non-working TV since 12 days.

I have collated all my emails and all my attempts to reach you'll within this trail mail, as evidence for future proceedings.

    I have purchased a Motorola washing machine front load 10.5 kg fully automatic online through Flipkart. First few months it was working good, but after few months it started making some loud noise while running.so I complained regarding this in customer care and technician visited who was from Jeeves service centre which is authorised by Flipkart for service. He just had a look and said that this is normal and went off and closed the complaint.after few days I complained again regarding this and I asked them to send some senior technician from company but again technician came from Jeeves and did not solve the problem and said the same thing.this happened four to five times but my problem was not solved.Then I served a legal notice to supplier, Flipkart and Motorola . But Motorola did not accept the notice.

      I have purchased Motorola ZX3 55 inch smart LED TV in Flipkart in the month of August'2022. After 15 days of delivery product stop working and the issue was resolved after 30+ days.
      Now again I am facing Black patch on the screen issue from 23rd May'2023. Till date no one has taken care of my complaint. On 10th June'2023 someone came home and said that they are from service center. They took some selfie and gone. Now that person is also not responding to calls. I'm receiving text messages from Jeeves from 10th June'2023 that my claim was assigned to an engineer and he will call me to take appointment. Also getting mails from support.[protected]@flipkart.com from 24th May'2023 stating that my issue will resolved in 48 hrs. So many 48 hours gone. Again it's near about a month that I'm again facing service issue. Don't know whether I purchased a perfect brand product or from a brand which is unable to resolve customer complaint in time.

          I bought this Motorola 50inch SmartTV with order number OD[protected] on Nov 3rd 2020. It was Big Billion sale .TV Looked amazing. For 32, 000 looked a best deal with rumors and details around LG panel used was all around.

          I did the mistake. TV was amazing to start with. Nice colors, quality and sound. My parents 70+ loved it. It was part of family.

          Suddenly last Monday 24th April TV was all on and playing suddenly screen goes black. Then my parents called me on whatsapp asking why TV stopped working. Did I not recharge internet or DTH . I saw the TV and was shocked. All Vertical lines all around the TV . Screen was flickering and no display.

          I immediately googled, youtubed found customer care number [protected] and called. It was evening 7 and noone answered. I called 27 times the next day and to my surprise IVR never worked. I was selecting the language by pressing 1 and call disconnects. I sent mail support.[protected]@flipkart.com.

          I received reply next morning as its out of warranty it will be chargeable. I replied to schedule. I acknowledged the mail and asked for charges. My parents kept following up with me .
          Next day morning "Wednesday" no reply to mail I tried customer care number again. Someone answered and raised a ticket for me . In 48 hours Jeeves was supposed to call me as that's the company that take care of service.

          Thursday morning someone called from Jeeves as I requested to prioritize, asked my address. I asked for charges approx:-

          550 visit charges for engineer - he said . Coming from Dhakuria to Gangulibagan in Kolkata auto costs 26.
          I asked what might have happened after explaining the fault he said Sir panel gone . I will come take photo and send to somewhere who will confirm charges. Roughly around 20, 000. I pleaded please negotiate to visit charges he said he can't. HE agreed to come by 13:30 but didn't. Again, whole day passed.

          I clearly cannot afford a panel change for a 32, 000 TV in 3 years. My parents have to stay without a TV as I can't buy a new one now. I can't repair either .
          I booked Urban Company after failing to wait for Motorola to act and get Jeeves engineer involved to come and see and comment what went wrong. The budget I got from Urban company was around 10, 000 . I can't afford anything at this point of time. I paid him 250 for his advice and he also left without even touching the TV.

          TV was off when my parents followed up with me on Thursday night around 09:30, I just said let's try moving the TV a bit and start the TV on whatsapp video call.
          TV started working again. All was back again. Everyone was happy. Father was like will start dancing. I was so happy seeing my parents filled with joy.
          Yesterday evening someone from Jeeves called asking can I come now. Since TV was working, I politely said him its fixed and working now.

          Today morning again .. TV again went dark again. Same vertical lines. TV movement is also not working this time. Its flickering.
          Please please help me . I seek value for money for products sold on discounts.

          Outcome I am looking for

          I am just trying to keep my parents happy and enjoy their soaps and serials .Motorola should change the panel or exchange the TV as its a faulty product probably a refurbished one. Definitely not Made in India.

          Motorola is just not interested . This complaint is not resolved . I have received call from Jeeves just to inform me a Visit charge is 750 Rs and TV to repair might cost 80% of TV price which is almost around 24, 000 Rs . This complaint needs further escalation to high level complaint .

                  In the month of May 2022, I purchased MOTOROLA Revou 164 cm (65 inches) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision (65UHDADMRS7P) through Flipkart.

                  Within 6 months, the TV lost the display. It happened during watching.

                  I raised a complaint with Motorola on the 16th of November. A third-party vendor technical visited and took snaps and videos of the TV on 17th November.

                  Hence, there is no update and Customer care is really not fruitful to the customer. Both Motorola and their third-party vendor have a horrible attitude.

                  I have requested to refund of the amount asap.

                  This is really annoying after purchasing a product and related it service.

                  Due to this I lost my temper and got nerve pain

                    The front camera stopped working. The service center has informed me that the cost to repair will be as much as the new phone. The fault is on the software part. Why does a software fix cost so much.

                        I purchases a Raza phone from sprint. Ever since I've had the phone I've had problems with the voicemail. When I get a voicemail and try to call the person back I get a message that states "call cannot be placed because they are no calling accounts which support call of this type". the call is a local call.
                        I called sprint, went to T-Mobile went to T-Mobile repair shop and no ne could do anything. This has been happening ever since I had the phone. I stay on the phone with sprint for over an hour every time I call. I have received several repair tickets and no one can repair it. I even changed voice mails app and nothing works. Sprint claims it's the phone that has a malfunction.

                            The touch issue is still not resolved. After applying tempered glass the situation even gets worse. Screen flickring, unable to type are the common problems. The company knows about this issue but not accepting the same. And talking about the evidence you can check th reviews of this phone online or youtube videos of the people facing the same issue. Really disappointing to see such kind of customer service from motorola. Would never be buying any products of motorola nor recommend to anyone. Either refund my moneyback and take your defective phone back or provide a permanent solution to the same. I can't mail again and again. Its been one and the half month and i am really pissed off with this issue. Request you to revert asap and provide a solution towards it.

                              The calling app hangs, sometimes caller's name isn't flashed on the screen.
                              There's a problem in camera launching during whatsapp and snapchat also.
                              Ive been to the motorola service centre many times and wasted hell lot of my time but they didn't provide me with any solutions, they always have an excuse or the other, they didn't even revert back when i sent them the video of my phone being hanged.
                              And now they're asking me to again visit the centre and i know it would just waste my time for one more time, they even kept my phone for a week to check, and they sent me back by saying the phone doesn't have any issues and then I sent these videos too. But no help offered but asked to visit the centre for something again which will lead to more wasting of my time.
