Motorola Solutions — Complaint regarding pathetic services by motorola service centres

My Moto G3 had certain issues related to its motherboard, for which I had submitted my handset to a service center, On 7th December, 2015 and i was promised that i would get my phone back within 15-20 days. Its been 41 days and still i have not received my phone back. My work order number is HER/MG/15/05587. The resolution i want is i want a Refund from Motorola or a brand new handset. The reason for a Refund demand is since my cellphone has been in the center for more then a month there are high chances that the cellphone may have further issues like battery problems and many other related problems
