Hi,
I have placed the order for the phone moto g4 plus on the same day when it was launched i.e. 18th may and its has just been 4 months i am facing an issue with my charger. My charger has stopped charging the phone even if it charge it will charge for hardly 10 minutes and in those 10 minutes it displays slow charging. I am very disappointed of the service of moto, despite of my 3 visits to the service center i have still not got a new charger or a solution for the problem. Everytime i have been told that there is a problem in server please come after 3-4 days. Now its been 3 weeks that i am visiting the center and writing you to ask a question why am i paying for the service tax to you and tour company if the people are so irresponsible, ignorant, helpless. I drove a long way to reach the service center just to listen this, they wont even pick calls. They have not even checked my device or charger yet. Please provide a resolution to me, also now a days my battery is draining fast.
