Motorola Solutions — extra service and charges

Dear sir/madam
I'm in defence forces n availing my short leave. At thane (Mh) i reported to moto service center at eternity mall f11 for battery n charging connector problem. That problem was solved by them after full diagnosis of my moto g3 mobile. When i collected mobile that time i observed that mobile data network n calling voice quality has been reduced so i also appraised the same after two days the service center rep telling me i need to pay more money to resolve calling speaker problem.
My main point is to say that
1. Are diagnosis is real then why they r charges rs 345 inspection
2. Mishandling shall pay by customer
3. Customer don't hv satisfied time period to get his products back.
