Motorola Solutions — Moto g 4 plus is not charging properly is getting excessively heated up

Sir,
I paid rs 14999 for this set just 2 month back and response from your side is just a sorry..!!! What sort of business principal you people follow... Manufacture a defective set sell it and say... Sorry. Pl. Take time to read my greivances already registered with your customer care...

Is this the solution motorola provides to its customer. I want solution to my problem i have not said sorry when you demanded rs 14999 as the price of this phone only two month back, if the cost of being sorry is rs 14999, its too high. Safe mode :

1. Press the power key for 3-4 seconds.
2. Touch and hold on power off option which appeared on the display
3. Touch ok when reboot to safe mode appears
4. Phone will reboot and safe mode will appear in bottom left corner
5. While in safe mode, launch apps one at a time to identify the app causing the problem
6. Remove the app that causes the problem from the device
7. To disable safe mode, press and hold the power button continuously for 7-10 seconds.

Thanks! For your advice but that was off no use because — the phone gets started after power button is pressed for few seconds & no such option is provided where phone could be started from safe mode. There is no respite from heating problem, as the phone gets heated up even after 10-15 minutes of continuous working, your other duggested solutions too didn't worked kindly guide your procedure for replacement of this defective set which had been sold by amazon online. Kindly guide..

मेने तीन महीने पहले moto 4gen turbocharger फोन लिया था जिस मे वो अब charging बिलकुल नही कर रहा है। Gurgaon delhi रोड customer care पर दिखाया जो बोलते है कि कम से कम 1 महीने तक ठीक होगा। कय्या यह उपभोक्ता के साथ बेमानी नही है जब इस तरह कि दिक्कत थीं तो कम्पनी ने इस को बाजार मे उतारा ही कय्यो???? सुभाष [protected]
