Dear Team,
I buy a device Moto g4 Plus from amazon on 01.10.2016 & received on 04.10.2016 but it is not perfectly working so I want the replacement but amazon want the Service denial letter but here service center is not providing me this letter. In Surat this service center name is Ensure-060-Balaji Communication. It's address is 323, 324 Upper Ground, Arihant Complex, Udhana Navsari Road, Udhana, Surat.Their behaviour is also very bad they are not support to customers they only they can't give the service denial letter they can only repair the mobile but why I will repair new device. So from 04.10.2016 to till date I am fighting for replacement. So please do the needful in this because amazon only replace this device when Motorola give me the service denial letter with the stamp otherwise I have to take this faulty device so please urgently send me that letter and please take the action against this service center and Please do this on urgent basis.
