The above phone set was purchased on 31/7/2016. Initial it could not be known is it the instrument problem. I approached to the service provider airtel, who after all investigation found nothing wrong in their service, though they suggested to replace the new sim. But in vain. I could not guess, there may be a problem in the set itself.
When i approached to the dealer as well as the customer care, it was suggested to contact moto service center in dehradun. Having approached to the service centre, they in first instance, returned the set same day, stating that needful has been done.
Next day again i approached to your service centre, & they agree that a definite problem exist in the set, & they kept the phone set for observation only, with out any jobsheet. Myself followed up, regularly for a week -10 days with the service centre, who told, we have diagnose the problem & the purchase order for new part is ready. However same day they asked to collect the set & explained that now phone is working & there is no problem in sim reading. They also suggested to have a new, micro sim which i did, but to my utter disappointment, sim slot -1 was showing no sim & sim slot -2 was having same problem as it was in the sim-1, in the incoming call' the phone... Is out of reach. Or toon - toon - toon like tune or could be connected after 4-5 attempts some time in a day.
You may kindly appreciate, what will my position when in a corporate, an executive could not be contacted by the seniors or owners. You may be in a position to understand my position.
Now again phone as asked by the service centre, has been given to service centre but i am not sure the fault will be rectified. But i want to understand from the moto g, why i should be suffered with out any fault of mine, why a new set is not being offered as a reputed company to a reputed corporate employees.
I am sure, i will get a sensible, justifiable solution at the earliest with any much hassle now.
