Motorola Solutions — Moto G4+ defective piece received regarding

Dear sir,

I am a sufferer from motorola mobile from last 9 months and its worst serviece. I purchased a motorola motog4+ from amazon in last year september. I had received a defective piece and i am unable to identify the defect in first ten days of purchase because the defect is observed only i had connected ear phones. When i had connected ear phones the mobile was switch off with in a minute or two or a buzz sound is observed when music is played and heared through ear phones. I went to the customer care. They initially said that there is a problem in to the touch and later said that there is a defect in the mother board. They kept the hand set for one month with them (October 3rd to november 5th) later they handovered it to me. From then on wards i am unable to speak on phone with out the earphones (Reverse problem). Without the ear phones my voice is not audible to the receiver on the other end. Later i visited customer serviece center 6-7 times, they replaced the mike and said that it is working well. But my voice is not clear to the receiver and in video calling my voice is completing heared as breaked voice to hearer. I am suffering from this defective hand set from last 8 months and to day when i had again visited the serviece center with this problem and i stood there to clarify the problem, they said that again there is a problem in the motherboard and the connection is not established properly between the mike and the mother board because of the defective mother board.... What is all this nonsense. I paid 15000 for all these problems and still suffering from last 9 months with this defective hand set. No one is responding properly. I will inform to all my friends and family to not to buy motorola mobiles because they sell defective pieces and their serviece is worst. Previously i raised many complaints but there is no proper response (Ref no. S[protected]. I had asked for replacement initially but after one month you people said that replacement is not possible. If replacement is not possible why you didn't informed me in the initial stage itself. There is no proper answer from your end. What is this. I need a proper answer atleast now.
