I bought my moto g4 plus 8 months back and started facing the problem of ghost touch especially while charging for quite some time, but could not visit the service centre immediately as i was out of town. I looked up in the internet to find this a very common problem. So, finally i submitted my phone to the service centre where after waiting for half a day in the queue firstly they calibrated the display, when that did not solve the problem they reluctantly changed the display or so they said, when i went to collect the phone i found out that the display is defective, it has some lines and spots on it!!! So i again submitted the phone, i got a call 2 days after from the service centre and collected the phone which was apparently working fine. But upon using my phone for few days now, i found out that the same problem is persisting i. E. Getting ghost touch while charging. What should i do now. Is the service centre not properly equipped to resolve such a common problem?? I don't know what to do next. I complained regarding this at their helpline but did not get any answer for 15 days now. I am currently losing all my faith upon moto, and the only thing i can think of is putting a complaint at the consumer forum.
