I went to rajkot motorola service centre named ashutosh mobiles. The main person was mr. Janak pithadiya. My mobile moto x play was not getting charged at all. He checked my mobile at cost of rs.230, said that your motherboard is damaged need to change battery. I ordered for battery on 26th june 2017 but got on 13th july 2017 @ rs. 1600/-. Still, the problem remained the same. I went again on 15th july, he again charged rs.230/- and told me that your charger is also damaged need to change it. I ordered on the same day but till date i had not got the charger. It's been almost 2 months now and my moto x play is not working. Everyone when i visit the service centre, they just reply bluntly that we haven't received the charger yet.
Kindly tell me what to do.
Service centre should be handled by some experts instead of just hit and trial with a person's mobile.
