Bought the phone in april, 2016 and now the sim slot2 is not working. Service centre to replace the whole board of the phone for 7999rs.
Then whats the warranty meant for and the service centre jaipur especially the manager (Mr. Pankaj) not even ready to corporate (Worse customer care executive i have ever met)
I demand the replacement of my set or make the sim slot working properly for free as its in warranty.
