Motorola Solutions — Motorla service center delaying for repair the phone

I have submitted the phone in ludhiana motorolla service center about one month ago but till date they are saying give today tomorrorw and so on but till now i did not get phone back.Service center in in ludhiana named Cell tech india. Surya shopping complex National Road Bhaiwala chowk Ludhiana 141001. Please help for resolve the issue.
