I submited my handset moto g2 (4g lte) on 28/05/2016 to motorola service centre in noida (Satyam communication) due to charging problem but after 1 month i came to know that while fixing the charging problem my mobile screen got defected so they asked me to leave the mobile for 15 more days to get it repaired. But it has been more than 2 months and i havn't recived my device back. Your customer care service is very bad. If i would have known that your customer care service is so poor i would never have bought motorola mobile.
