Hi,
I gave my moto g2 mobile for repair on august 25, 2016. The shop owner said that the problem is with touch and play and they need to replace it. They charged me 2500/- for that. I was fine with it thinking it is a 'MOTOROLA SERVICE CENTER'. They repaired it and gave me the mobile on August 28, 2016. The gave me my mobile in the worst condition. They broke the locks of mobile's backcover so it was not closing. There was a white spot on the screen looking at which I am not sure whether they seriously replaced the touch and play or just somehow they made the old one to work. But I was fine because mobile was working. Just after a single day the response to the touch on the screen became slow. And after 3 days, it completely stopped responding. I again gave my mobile to them on sept 7, 2016. Today the date is sept 16, 2016 and I am still waiting when they will give me back my mobile. Till now daily I called them twice or thrice a day. Daily they are saying tomorrow they will give. I have already given 2500/- to them. The shop's address is-
