I recently got my usb charger replaced for my 3 months old moto g2 phone. the new replaced charger again got faulty within 25-30 days.
after contacting the owner i demanded that why a branded product can get defected again in such a short span of time . to which he answered that it can get faulty even after yoy take it from here..
i then asked if it can be faulty at any time do you expect the customer to come in 2 days if gets faulty to which he replied RUDELY YOU CAN GET A CHINESE CHARGER FROM ROADSIDE DONT CONTACT HERE AGAIN . IF YOU WANT A REPLACEMENT YOU NEED TO VISIT HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN .
HE KIND OF COMMANDED ME TO DO SO
MOTO PRODUCTS MAY BE GOOD BUT THEIR REAL IMAGE OF SERVICE WAS SHOWN BYTHEMSELVES TODAY .
I WILL MAKE SURE NO ONE IN MY RELATION BUY MOTO PRODUCTS FROM NOW ON ... Was this information helpful? |
