The handset falls from my hand on the table from a height of less than 6 inch and the screen completely damaged.
The set was deposited at your service station at Bhubaneswar on 11.01.2016.
Lodged a complaint in through your call centre regarding the defect.
From January till date i hardly received 2/3 calls. Everytime I enquired about the status i was informed that it would take few more days to resolve .
In all the conversastion i told clearly that the set is adefective one and i will not bear any cost for reoair/replacement.
Everytime i receive a reply that the matter had been escalated.
Rwo days back i received a call that the set is reddy cab take it from service centre.
While contacted the service centre i was asked to pay Rs 8500/- towards repair cost.
Complaint:
1. Waiting for 4 months to get the set repaired is highly irregular and not expected of from a multinational company yours.
2. It's mental harassment to keep me waiting for a long time.
3. Misled me without conveying me that it's a repair against payment.
4. More disturbing is the reply of your representative who assured me of a suitable solution and each time escalated the matter.
5. The company has no courtsey to call me / inform me about the status.
If my grievances are not redressed within a week I shall initiate legal proceedings against your company and product.
