Motorola Solutions — no response from mobile service centre regarding phone display

I have submitted my mobile phone for repair in kukatpally motorola service center. But no response from service team is coming. Everytime they say 1 more week. It has been a month and no progress has happend. My job no. Is 12903. Is it so difficult to get a screen change in motorola. Didnt expected from motorola. A pathetic way to manage your customers. At least you can intimidate people, if it is so difficult to get the parts. There is no knowledge on your employers behalf. Kindly, if possible do reply. Hoping for a positive response. If it is not difficult you can contact [protected].
