I wish to complain about MOTO G PLUS 4th Gen XT1643 IMEI NO 1: [protected]
IMEI NO 2: [protected] that I purchased on from Amazon on 14th July 2016.
I am complaining because
1) Device automatically gets turn off frequently,
2) Battery - battery started draining out fast,
3) Torch/Flash light turn off automatically within few seconds after turning it on i.e. defective mobile
To resolve this problem I would like you to give 30 days.
When I first learned of this problem, I contacted B2X Motorola Care
Service Center, Aurangabad two times Job no: AMSAUR00258.
Aryan Motorola Service Center two times and still problem persist.
I believe that this response is unfair because ____ (the reason you feel the company has an obligation to you). I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within ____ days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt. I may be contacted at the above address and phone number.
