I am a senior citizen. Purchased moto x (2nd generation) in december 2014 from usa.in 2016, its battery started getting discharged at a fast rate.in
April 2017, procured a new battery from usa.
To get the battery fixed, i visited service center "communication solutions", okhla phase ii, new delhi. They said the battery was ok, but we won't fix it... You have to buy the one from us costing rs.4800/-. Then, i approached another service center, "i-pick solutions india ltd.." bhagat singh market, new delhi. They were unable to fix the battery, giving the excuse that it was not of "proper size". Now, had no other option but to visit a local service center, karol bagh. Amazing, with in 20 minutes the same battery was fixed just for rs.100. One would ask the question, what for the so-called service centers are there? For harassing, cheating or be-fooling the customers! It destroys the very reputation of motorola. Was this information helpful? |
