I am Rahul Jha. On 20th January 2016, I have purchased membership from Club Group of Hotels, Ansal Plaza branch, New Delhi in 30000 Rs. On the same day, I placed a request to cancel my order & as per their policies, I agree to deduct my 15000 Rs. They gave me two timelines but on each timeline date they have only said that our Accounts H.O. will contact you soon. Approx 75-80 Days are passed but they only say same thing again & again and till today, I have approx 50 mails in my mail box on the same topic. Their concerned email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Now, Their manager (Rakesh Giri) also don't pick my phone calls whose number is [protected]. So, Till today I don't get my refundeding amount & i am looking for that.
