Gifts-To-India.com — Non delivery of order | |||
It is very regretful that I made a request for the delivery of cake to my home from this website GIFTS-TO-INDIA.com on 14/07/2013 by reference no “HGTI-[protected]”. As the same was supposed to be delivered on given address on 15/07/2013, but the same was never delivered, even till date! However, I have received their false confirmation email on 16/07/2013 which states “This is just to inform you that we have duly delivered your gift to the Recipient s address on 15/07/2013”. I really feel sorry to say, but their conduct is not just unprofessional but really unethical. As I'm living in Australia, they have taken the money in dollars which is 10 times higher then the actual deserving price of the cake. I wrote several emails to them but their didn't give me any update, its like they are use to it, and their business is just to fool people and exhaust money from people who are NRI's. And that is really shameful.Its already one week and I'm still waiting for their response. Otherwise I might have to take a legal action. Was this information helpful? | |||

Same thing was heppens with me.they don't deliver the full order and they deliver smelly dry fruits.when my receiver contact them they said that the order was not placed on their site.i have all the proofs order no. Payment proof.plz.help me what to do with these people.
