My Flower Tree/Bouquet — Bouquet not delivered but debited with charges | |||
I had booked a bouquet for delivery on an online portal called "My Flower Tree" on 13th Feb for delivery on 14th Feb. The portal promptly charged me for the goods and delivery of Rs.1525 and this product has still not got delivered Order No. MFT99429). I have since then, been calling them and sending emails relentlessly but there has been simply no response. I want a refund of the said charges for the company not fulfilling its promise. Unbelievably bad service. I made the order on 8th Feb for delivery on 13th Feb. I wanted to avoid valentines day traffic hence chose a day before for delivery of flowers to my husband in my absence.
After charging EXTRA for delivery on Valentines day, 900+ for bunch of 20 flowers & they got delivered after 4 days with a bunch of 15 flowers that too on constant follow ups.
Pathetic is the word !!
The worst is the customer case team, the girl talks as if they are doing some favor. Crap !!
Beware & never order from this site.
