I have ordered two products to be delivered to Pune. The items didn't get delivered till 23 aug 21 however it was scheduled to be delivered by 22 Aug 21. Even the customer care response is pathetic. If I want to talk to them the waiting time is 10 min everytime and even the customer care are least bother about their lapses. It was a worst experience. Plz don't use their services. Aug 24, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved An email has been sent from myflower.com stating delivery of the items. Though it was delayed and brought uncomfort to me but they have made sincere efforts to get it delivered. Thanks to the delivery boy who worked hard and managed to deliver the items late night. The issue hence resolved. Thank you. My Flower Tree customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 24, 2021 Updated by PK Sinha111 Items showing delivered on 24 Aug 21 but the same has not been delivered. It's a fake status of delivery that has been shown to me.
