[Resolved]  My Virtual Plaza Online Shopping Site — Product Not Deliver

Sir i ordered a mobile(Micromax A110 Canvas2) phone from my virtual plaza on 21/01/2013 at 2:30PM. The site was showing that the product will be placed in 3-7 working days, but till now they fail to deliver the product to the said address.Every time when we call them they DO no response of it. I put several mails to the provided email Id '[protected]@myvirtualplaza.com' but they never respond to the same. I had also sent a mail to '[protected]@myvirtualplaza.com' written as follows-
"sir its been 5 days long i have been waiting for my order no.
MVP0019583 to be with me.....and too there's no response at ur phone
contact numbers which is itself a poor response...its my first order
in your dealing.....plz do reply me when i wud exactly get my
order....?" on january 25,2013 at 9:00pm.....but to no avail......they still didnt reply for the same....

I got an email on my email address 'lucky.[protected]@gmail.com" after successfully paying for this order as follows-
