[Resolved]  Movieskart — order still not received!

I placed an order for a blue ray movie from movieskart.com

Upon tracking on delhivery, shipment has not even been moving since 4th August! It has been over two weeks since I placed this product and there is no sign of movement at all! You can see it in attached screenshot.

I am extremely frustrated and even the support team from movieskart is not responding to my numerous emails that I have sent them!

Please explain to me how it is possible that the shipment has not moved since 2 weeks??
