I purchased a 14 carat (which is considered as strong ) gold and diamond bracelet in 2022 from Orra and hardly wore it 3 times in last two years. While wearing or using the bracelet got bended and the lock got automatically broken and fell and a piece of diamond fell which I didnt even relise untill the bracelet was about to fall from my wrist. My investment of 1.5 lacs has been wasted.
Now they are accusing me of mishandling the product.

    Regarding refund of advance payment collected against ring

    I have booked one ring through your store situated at UG-7/LG-7, Saphire Heights, 12 A.B. Road, Scheme #54, Indore (M.P.) PIN 452001 and made an advance payment of Rs. 5000/-(Rupees Five thousand Only) against the said ring and the balance payment of Rs. 15, 481.54/- was required to be paid in installments.

    I have communicated several times with your sales executive Ms Varsha to collect the balance payment but she told me...

    Hello,

    This is in reference to the recent purchase of diamond earrings we made at the Orra Koramangala Branch on December 3rd.
    Once we selected the product, they informed us that the final price for jewellery was 40, 000, after checking the system.

    The final price of jewellery after the Birthday discount (which we received in a separate message) was 36, 000, Final amount paid was 37080 (including GST) which we paid in full but they did not give us the bill due to technical issues.

    We followed up today to collect the bill and discovered that there was an additional discount on the jewellery we purchased (and if the system was not working how did they check the final price when we were in store). Staff informed us that the final price of the product was something like Rs 34000.

    Instead of crediting it to the original source, the business is attempting to push us to take the scheme or credit on the wallet; we are not frequent buyers and will not use the credit; we simply want the amount credited to our account.

      We worked for Orra Fine Jwellery, Pune in May 2023.
      and we also got advance payment in my personal account Bhavesh Bafna Date. 12 May 2023 Rs. 70, 000/- My Total Bill RS. 104, 528 - 70, 000 = 34, 528 Pending.

      But, Now I am sending The Bill My GST Registered Firm Anand Services and I am also declaring Design Solution Or Anand Services Both are My Firm Invoices.

      So, Remaining Bill Please Cleared As soon as possible...

        Due to most unprofessional and unpleasant behavior of your manager during and after ORRA exhibition in Yavatmal and not providing original bills during Exhibition, we are proceeding with cancelation of our purchases.

        You have increased product peixes just before exhibition and then sold them as discount and then again reduced product prices after your exhibition. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable from brand (?) Like ORRA. Please don't practice such unfair practices and cheat customers.

          Refund not being processed

          I wanted to purchase a solitaire from Orra and had requested for a viewing of the diamond. They told me that I would not be able to view the diamond without paying an amount of 1 lakh. I was assured that this is just a deposit to arrange for the viewing of the diamond and if I don’t like the diamond the same would be refunded.                 I was sold two kitties in the name of Rosy Trehan and Rani Bajaj around a year back by your store at Jalandhar and was told that I can redeem the same after 10 months for buying the diamond. Once the kitties got matured I approached the store for buying the solitaire studs for my wife as I’m the frequent buyer of solitaires from your store. To my utter surprise, I was told that I’ve to go for the jewellery only and no solitaires. My simple question is that DOES THE SOLITAIRE not COME UNDER THE PARLANCE OF DIAMOND? Approx Rs 3 lac of mine is at stake with your store. Kindly get my issue addressed. If the company has any such laws then why was I not sold the right product when the store knows that I’m not very keen for diamond jewellery and my interest is always in the solitaires.                   Fraud in the name of kitty

                  I had purchased KITTY draw scheme from orra showroom Ludhiana where I m supposed to invest 11k every month for 10 months But due to unexpected circumstances, I could not complete the scheme and could payup only for 1 months.                     I am trying to contact Panjaguta showroom Hyderabad where I have started my scheme in December, 2021 and I paid regularly every month 5, 000 till August 2022 but it is very unfortunate that receipt are not receiving regularly as I am paying online so I have complain via coster services and to the store but till now my receipt not received whereas always they promise to send but fail to get it

                          I Bought a finger ring from Orra Vashi in 2019. I recently noticed one diamond was broken. I sent it to the shop and the sent it for Quality check. I was told the ring was hit hard somewhere and the diamond broke.I have never heard a diamond ring being so fragile. This makes me wonder what quality diamonds are being good used that they get broken like a glass? I have had no injuries on my hand and finger. So I can even recall when I hit something...

                          I had raised a complaint on 21st June also but did not hear anything from anyone. Hence, sending second mail.

                          Hi Team,

                          I have had enough of the experience I have been receiving since April. On 14th April 2022 I visited Orra Jewelry - Shop No 8 & 9, Laxmi Chambers, Dulhan Complex, 375, Laxmi Rd, Narayan Peth, Pune, Maharashtra 411030, India. I wanted to give a platinum ring costing Rs. 45, 000 as a present to my husband on 28th April. Since his size was not in store, the store people told us they will inform us by 18th April, as the stocks were visible online but they just had to get it. They promised that they will give the ring before 28th April as my husband had to come from Solapur to collect it. I had to call them 2 times in a day, and send someone physically to their store to collect the ring for one week. All they told us that we will receive it before 28th April. But we never received the ring on 28th April and then I refused to take the ring.

                          On the same day when I visited the store on 14th April, the storekeeper asked us to open a Bhishi for 10 months for Rs. 18, 000 per month. I liked the scheme and I invested right there and there. Based on my experience from Orra, I asked them to cancel my Bhishi and refund my amount. They recorded a small video in store, with 2 ladies and one store keeper, showing that the bhishi took place in their store where out of 10 people only 2 people came to the store for the Bhishi and shared the recording that mine was the first number in Bhishi. I really hesitated and based on the least customer service I received from Orra, I asked them to cancel my Bhishi.

                          I cancelled my Bhishi on 24th May and yet I had to call everyday to the store person, to confirm when I will receive the refund. In the beginning she said (her name is Pooja) I will not receive the amount as the refund, I will have to buy something from that Rs. 18, 000 and then after calling her to ask when I can come to collect the jewelry, after a month she tells me, which is today that I can only buy the jewelry after 10 months.

                          I have had the worst experience of my life with Orra, and based on this experience I have told all my family and friends to not buy anything from Orra. First she made me run around for the ring for my husband and after that for Bhishi she made me call her thousand times just to tell me that I can only buy Jewelry and after 10 months.

                          I will wait for my Rs. 18, 000 to be received back by the end of this month.

Approx one and half months is over but not getting amount agaist the returning ring. They told us some issues are there in head office but that issues are not solved till the date..
