Dear Sir, .I am getting higher amount bills for the dec16 - Rs.3000/- approx. they provide me continue monthly bill of different units but units not updated in bill for last 6 months and then they calculate all units Earlier my bill was average Rs. 300 /- and I paid online.The amount paid by me has not taken into consideration for last month . thus it burdened me for unnecesorry. Earlier I was getting my average bill of around Rs. 200-300/- per month. So, please look into the matter. I have already paid my bills up to per month.
