[Resolved]  Mphasis An HP Company — Company not helping in PF withdrawal

Hi, I am an ex employee of Mphasis. My Employee no: 2150511. I have worked with Mphasis for 22 months (17th May 2010- 3rd March 2012). I have still not received my PF from the company. When I called the Help desk to enquire about the same they are asking me to settle the FNF of 11, 021 for the Notice period recovery which is against the Law as PF is my Right. Please Help.
