I (Rajan kalsi) was forced to leave because I have raised the below mentioned complaint ( Bribe asked by Ankit Jain & Parag Talwar) to higher management. When i was In mphasis I had submitted pf transfer from my old company wipro to mphasis. Wipro transfered the cheque no. 918791 to mphasis. The same has been sent to pf office for linking It to new accout. i have verified the transfer status in EPFo portal and found that it is rejected and it is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in the claim form. Hi I am S Prashant Rao, a former employee of Mphasis an hp company Bangalore, as my sap id is 2221495, worked as transaction processing officer. I have applied for my pf on 24 jan and till now there is no proper response from the pf team. Different person is saying the different reason and i called to hr desk but its of no use. My old PF account number is: KN/1653/36414. My last working day for company(Mphasis) was 31st Aug, 2010 I have sent transfer request on Jan-2011. In my new PF account statement it was shown that the account is not yet transferred. Please provide me details of account status.

my name is Noel Misquitta and I have reigned from Mphasis in June 2013 and my employee id is 2145005 now it is going to be nearly one year and I am calling Mphasis customer service every day nd they are telling thy dont know when the Karnataka Government will give the money but I doubt that it is Mphasis which is involved in foul play and running a scam to rip off the hard earned provident fund money of employees. Hi, I am an ex employee of Mphasis. My Employee no: 2150511. I have worked with Mphasis for 22 months (17th May 2010- 3rd March 2012). I have still not received my PF from the company. When I called the Help desk to enquire about the same they are asking me to settle the FNF of 11, 021 for the Notice period recovery which is against the Law as PF is my Right. Please Help. Hi This Is amit mehta and i am from baroda, i was worked as customer support officer in SBI process, but due to some surcomstasis i was leaft my job, and resined on 8-3-2012 and applyed for PF withdrawal as on 8-5-2012, and when i am contact pf helpdesk they told me, it will takes time from government pf office and thye are not triying to help me ...so pleas do Needfully . I got below details from my company. I am still not getting any rejection letter.Please do needful. STATUS for Member ID: PYBOM[protected] Claim ID : PYBOM[protected] Status : Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (PYBOM[protected] has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim form. Reason of rejection: The reason of rejection is not available in database....

I submitted an application with filled Form 19 and 10C for PF withdrawal along with all the required documents to Mphasis Limited. It was received by Mphasis on 19/08/2013. I got a reply from them on 28/08/2013 that my contributions along with interest accumulated with PF Office will be transferred to Mphasis PF Trust, only after that they can process my application and it will take another 6 months for processing, till that time my application will be put on hold. My PF number is KN/16573/59522. I request you to kindly intervene and ensure the transfer of money to my account as soon as possible, as I am in dire need of money and cannot wait for such a long time to receive it.

I joined Mphasis and was working as Sr Customer Support for the past one year. My empl nbr :(215927). Suddenly the process was taken back by the client and we were out of jobs. However, the process where i was working along with management took decision and gave all jobs. But a lot of politics were played and all were placed in voice process as we were hired for voice process, however a small chunk were give jobs in non-voice process. Interviews were conducted and we were selected. We thought we can manage in non voice as we have been doing work in voice process. However i was not able to manage and perform in the same process. According to the rules of Mhapsis it clearly says that if the agent or advisor is not able to perform or any skill set mismatch should be given other opportunity or moved to some other process. I have approached my TL, Ops, and even PHD (Process delivery head). Who denied me any help, instead they gave me time frame where if i dont perform i would be terminated. (However the policies clearly states should be given or moved to other process). They made me to put down papers by lot of pressure in the non-voice process. I was given a different domain completely... I was working for a banking domain for almost 3 years. I contacted VP of HR who said cannot do... I put on Bench, where the time frame was only 14 days.. including weekends or holidays. There was a dedicated team to handle such candidates. but no one bothered to call me. I had called me every day without fail.. But the response was not very good from the rehiring team member. Now the previous TL has put the re-hiring as no for me.. Where i was not given a chance as per the policy of Mhpasis or didn't even extend the date of the HR website of Mphasis which could have been done by the either the (TL or the Ops Mngr) If they would have extended the date or cancelled it... Others or some of them from our process were on bench for almost 8 months and was paid for that... Just sitting at home they got salaries.. Mphasis has not given equal opportunities as they mention almost every where. All i want is i given another opportunity in some other process to work with the company.
