Mphasis — Epf transfer not yet done to my current pf account

I was working with mphasis from the year 2019 to 2020 and after i left the organization and moved to a new one i applied for online pf transfer request.

As per them the amount is transferred online and they shared the anneture-k but the amount is not yet transferred to my current pf account and as per pf department no transfer request came from my name.

There is no other way of contacting the pf team apart from raising a ticket on their website where they have given a link to ex-employees however there is no way of either checking the status of that ticket or contacting any one and you are completely dependent on their response

I have raised multiple tickets via ref. However every time my request is being closed without giving proper resolution or a response.

After getting my ticket closed with irrelevant and illogical responded i raised my third ticket via ref. I. E. Hr0086225 stating the complete story and also requested to call me back before i pick this up legally following which i got a call from priyanka from the pf team the very next day to whom explained the entire story sending several reminders on that email each and every day.

This ticket has also been closed saying the transfer is already done from our end and please check with your current organisation for pf transfer. I don't understand the transfer is done online then it should get reflected to my current pf account within the days only. But nothing happens and i am struggling to get the pf amount to gwt in my account.

This issue has been ongoing from almost 3 weeks now and i am tired of raising tickets and writing emails.

I really need help in getting this sorted.
